Once we have received your pet itinerary, a Paws Concierge representative will contact you to finalize the pet itinerary and answer any questions. We will arrange for a Paws Associate to meet you at the hotel upon your arrival and confirm the pet itinerary with you and obtain all special instructions regarding your pet's, food, medications, etc. The itinerary of services can include:
- Pet sitting/walking, on property,
- Pet sitting and lodging off premise if desired with driving map and contact information
- Scheduled pet visits at the hotel with the guest parents, pick-up and delivery if the pet is staying at The Paws Resort & Spa
- Grooming, bathing and pampering services
- Pet day camps
- Emergency Veterinarian services 24/7, pick-up, delivery to the vet and return to the guest
- Pet Shopping, food, medical supplies, apparel
