A Paws Associate will go to the customer’s home or customer's hotel room up to three times a day, depending on your pet's needs. During these visits we will go through a checklist that include:

• Making sure all pets are secure
• Give pets food and water
• Administering any medications
• Playtime with pets
• Light grooming
• Give pets their usual treats
• Cleaning any accidents and changing the litter box
• Watering indoor and outdoor plants

Overnight Stays
For customers that would like a Paws Associate to stay in their home overnight.

This service is based on a 12 hour period. 

Live-Ins
If the customer would like a Paws Associate to live in the home 7/24 while they are absent. 

This service is based on a 24 hour period.  The Paws Associate will perform additional services such as washing any bed linens, towels, and dishes/utensils used during their stay.

We’ll also be able to keep an eye on the customer’s home and give it that "lived in" look by:

• Checking all doors and windows
• Bringing in the mail and newspaper
• Opening and closing drapes and shades
• Alternating lights if they are not on a timer
• Taking trash and recycling to the curb and returning the containers when empty
• Re-locking the house when we leave
• Turning the security systems on

No matter which lodging option is chosen, the Paws Associate will update the Pet’s personal journal and document any amazing things the animal companions may have done while their owners were gone or important notes for the customer.
