Who can stay and play at The Paws Resort & Spa?

 

The Paws Resort & Spa is a combination pet services facility that was designed with the busy dog in mind. The Paws Resort & Spa incorporates several service components, doggie daycare, overnight boarding, professional grooming, and shopping at our Paws Boutique. 

 

Paws Resort & Spa Guest Requirements

 

The Paws Resort has stringent rules to ensure the safety and health of all our Paws Resort & Spa guests. The following rules apply to all guests that will be attending daycare or a slumber party: 

  • All dogs must be 16 weeks of age or older. (Puppies under 16 weeks accepted on limited basis and may require additional fee)
  • All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered
  • All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof from their veterinarian of DHPP, Bordetella and Parvo vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.
  • All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days.
  • Upon admission, all dogs must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests, including fleas or ticks. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
  • All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or dogs. The safety and health of all of our guests is our primary concern, please keep this in mind
  • All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date, and approved application on file to attend the Paws Resort & Spa. 

The Paws Resort & Spa reserves the right to dismiss any dog from daycare or boarding should they show aggressive or threatening behavior at any time. Dogs that continue to show problematic behavior may be required to limit their visits and/or undergo behavior modification.

 

The first step in enrolling your dog is to schedule an evaluation. Evaluations are conducted at both of our Paws Resorts.  For our West Valley Resort, please call us 602-588-7833, for our East Valley Resort,  please 602-442-7833 to schedule your appointment. Evaluations are held Monday through Saturday and are Free.  

 

We will need the following forms completed for when you bring in your dog's for its evaluation or your cat for boarding:

What Cats Can Stay at The Paws Resort & Spa? 

The Paws Resort & Spa is a haven for the particular feline customer. We offer secure and plush accommodations for these demanding guests. We offer the best in Kasita services, meal delivery, continuous fresh water, a clean litter box daily, aquarium entertainment 24/7 and free-roam time to scratch, climb and be petted by a Kitty Mom.  
 

Paws Resort & Spa Cat Guest Requirements 

The Paws Resort has stringent rules to ensure the safety and health of all our Paws Resort & Spa guests. The following rules apply to all cat guests:    

  • All Cats must be 16 weeks of age or older.  
  • All Cats 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered  
  • All Cats must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof from their veterinarian of:  
    • Tested for Feline Aids and result in negative (No Vaccination for Aids)  
    • Tested for Feline Leukemia and result in Negative  
    • Vaccinated for FeLV (Feline Leukemia), FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis), FVRCP (Upper Respiratory Infections; Feline herpesvirus, eline calicivirus, and Bordetella), Rabies 
    • All Cats must be in good health. Owners will certify that their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days.
