National Call Center

The Paws Concierge manages and staffs the Villa La PAWS National Call Center.  The National Call Center's charter is to:

  • Answer all calls to Paws Concierge and all Villa La PAWS franchises
  • Take franchise reservations and cancellations
  • Provide experienced sales staff to answer questions and set up initial visits
  • Forward calls to appropriate staff and franchisors
  • Make quality assurance calls and email communication
  • Answer email communications
